Disability
Brad was born with sacral agenesis, a malformation of the spine affecting the tailbone (otherwise known as the sacrum) that affects fetal development of the legs, knees and feet. Affecting one in every 25,000 births, sacral agenesis has degrees of severity ranging from partial malformation to full absence of the sacrum.
