Hockey Canada won't change anything unless the women fail to medal and lose badly to a weaker team; kind of like what happened at the '98 WJHC when the Canadians finished 8th and lost to Kazakhstan.

Right now, the women are back-to-back gold medal winners. From Hockey Canada's POV, there's no reason to change.

Has anyone noticed.I have. The American women are the dominant hockey power  right now. What is wrong with Canada.That is really not what should be asked. The real question is why are the Yanks better.Well they simply are putting a greater emphasis on scientific training and teaching skills. Sound familiiar. Wake up hockey Canada and at least copy them.Or is it because our coaches are not adapting .If not an overhaul is needed and it should start at the top. arnie kay
