Russia vs. Germany

Czech Rep. vs. Sweden

Games will be held on Saturday.

For starters, how about the tournament's opening match?

77803 fans(!) watched Germany defeat the USA in OT. That broke the record held by the Michigan State/Michigan match in 2001.

This is a huge deal in Europe. North American fans see it as a tournament for the players who didn't make the NHL playoffs. This year's tournament is taking place in Germany

Regardless, it's back and as usual, Team Canada is a favourite.

Will Canada win gold? Will Russia defend? Will there be any surprises?
